Receptionists make you feel they're doing you a favour and it's not a job they get paid for :(
Book an appointment is impossible! Waiting time ridiculous! 30/40 minutes waiting from appointment time. Receptionist not bothered
They're a pretty standard practice but the doctors have always been helpful.
The GP's and doctors are perfectly fine here, but reception is more like a mothers meeting than anything else, with receptionists rarely even acknowledging people waiting if they have something else to do. Personally, I find it a bit rude. At least acknowledge people waiting.
I was on emergency appoinent and i get late 13 minute ...they cancel the appoiment and refuse to see me ..and i have neck injuries after one car accident.
