The worst service they no nothing about mental health reduceing my meds with out me even seeing a mental health nurse saying my meds are to strong because I've been on them 4 11 years I wish I could have my old sergery back in Horsham wish I never changed to coachmems medical practice seems to me like they are all trainees and not medical professionals the worst practice I've been to chaging my sergery to one in pound hill
Very happy with the service here, my doctor is amazing. Wait times are very small and can always get help when I need it. Keep up the good work.
Never have I experienced a doctors like this one explaining my pregnant partner who has astma is in need of a astma appointment so you may get pumps to be told next appointment is over a month away then being told i would be phoned by a nurse to of never been phoned even afther I went to the doctors myself getting told to stand in carpark where there is better signal to wait for the call to still not recieved a call and the receptionist to keep repeating the same thing saying the doctor will call
I had an emergency appointment with Dr Tomlinson. I was seen on time and treated with kindness and understanding, options for treatment were explained well. I returned 3 weeks later to see Dr Tomlinson, once again treated with understanding and care, now my treatment has now finished. My whole experience has been wonderful.
I have been with this surgery for about a year. I have always found them to be really good. I am a 30 year man, I probably go to the doctor about 4/5 times a year tops. No kids yet so can't really comment on that side of things but I can usually get an appointment same day, I would recommend Dr Rowland or Dr Luke, really easy to talk with and no pressure to get you out of the room quickly! Despite some of the other reviews, this is really good practice, clean, tidy, helpful staff, not rushed off their feet (yet) and they are all doing a really good job.
