Asked for a call back for blood results as saw a specialist at a different clinic yesterday. Got a call back from a nurse today who started the conversation with 'well they had the results yesterday she obviously didn't look in the right place for them'. I dont find this professional at the best of times but then was spoken to like a naughty school kid and was told that the information I was given by a specialist was wrong! Practice itself I've not had any issues with but they certainly need to train their nurses on how to speak to the public without making them feel like they are stupid and that the specialist don't know what they are doing!.
The receptionists just don't behave as you'd expect reception staff to. Strange behaviour from the receptionists - as they ignore you for quite a while - even though there are 3 staff members 10 feet away.The doctors themselves have always been professional - which is the important bit.0 stars for reception, 4 stars for the specialists themselves. So averages out to 2.
Literally the worst reception I have encountered. Lack of empathy, make clients feel guilty about making an appointment. Incredible delays, receptionists have an ego and take there time to get to the desk, I've even seen one of the girls eating and laughing with colleagues whilst clients are waiting. Absolutely unacceptable.
if i could give it 0 star i would. Doctors are rude and do not care about you being ill. I have been told but a doctor that i need to see him again to get my repeat prescription so he can do a body check up so i tried to book it and the reception team were being rude when i was booking it and also trying to tell me i didn't need to see a doctor for the medication even though the doctor had said i did. Im very angry they have now left we 1 week without my life saving medication and now will be changing doctors. I feel unwelcome and not cared for here. i hope they sort it out for other patients.
The worst GP's ever. Takes forever to get thru on the phone once you do you'll find out there are no appointments left for the day and to book in advance you are looking for at least 2 wks. When you walk in the staff love to ignore people at the reception. Doctor's are nice once you get to see them. They need more doctors for sure and they should open Saturdays. I don't go there if I really don't have to. The practice manager obviously doesn't know how to manage the practice.
