Receptionists are not helpful and aren't sympathetic to patients needs. Doctors don't remedy the patients issues and are very rude and arrogant.

Andrews-Speed.Highly recommend this practise its the best l have ever known, all the staff are amazing, patient and kind the doctors are always accurate and put you at your ease, the nurses likewise. At the age of 77 have been a patient at a number of surgeries and this really is the best, in order to recognise the best you have had to experience the worst which l have. You may have to wait but that happens in all sugeries if anything it proves that your doctors take time to listen to their patients.
Always very helpful and courteous. Doctors are amazing.
I would rate higher if I could actually get through to make an appointment!! Which lets this surgery down as the doctors and nurse are brilliant and very professional.
