I'm a new patient here and today had to phone about a medication query, the receptionist was very polite and helpful the duty doctor called me back within 15 minutes and was extremely caring and resolved the problem immediately . So much better than coachman!
Spent 37mins on hold to be told no appointments left but can try again tomorrow or can have a appointment in 2-3weels
From 5 years in UK this is my second gp.This is the worst service I ever recive at the gp.
You need to go down and get an account set up as everything is done online, then its mega easy to get a call back appointment and if needed go in. You will be trying for ever if your calling in.
They only book up to a week or two in advance and they are booked solidly almost all the time
