Great service as always and very accomodating as we have a guide dog. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was fresh and served quickly. Had an upgrade which is always nice. Just a shame you have to pay for parking.

Just notice when you come, that there are three Holiday Inn resorts in the area. Make sure to navigate to the right one! I spent a night in this hotel, the service was top-notch. The breakfast was what you'd expect at a Holiday Inn. I asked for some soy milk, but there wasn't any. Other than that, it was a very good experience. Another note: the hotel is about 15-20 minute ride from Gatwick off peak hours. So not too close. In the morning, traffic can take it up to 30 minutes to get to the airport.
Cleanliness is always one of my top priority when staying in a hotel, they have done a good job on this. The colour scheme of the room made it look a bit dated, but when you look around, you won't be disappointed of the cleanliness and newness of most things in the room. The bed and pillow are comfortable for a nice sleep.There isn't any other shops or restaurants close by, but this isn't an issue for us, as we only stayed for a night and we had both our dinner and breakfast there. We had a nice rest and well fed in this hotel before taking a long haul flight back home next morning.
Upon arrival, the receptionist explains the relevant details about the hotel dining facilities. Our room, I have to say, is extremely clean and tidy. Credit to the staff concerned. The dining room is fairly standard as far as decor is concerned. Likewise, clean and tidy. The menu had a variety of options which I believe will suit the majority of guests. We chose fish and chips. When served; the food is hot and nicely presented . The table service is good.Our only gripe is the price of drinks which we considered to be very high. Otherwise, the holiday inn comes recommended.
