We stay here a lot when visiting our son ,friendly staff and clean rooms breakfast has a varied menu .
Nice pleasant statt at Premier Inn room very noisy and a squeaking noise all nite evening staff at adjacent brewers fayre more interested in using there phones than serving costomers needs decorating also sticky tape used 2 hold down carpet as a trip hazard and an awtul smell in the gents toilet won't be going back any time soon
This is our 2nd visit to this Premier Inn after returning from a 10 hour holiday flight from India. It's about a 15 minute drive from Gatwick airport, and once there, about a 15 minute walk (or 5 min cab ride) into the nice shopping centre of Crawley, or the Railway station for those who wish to do the 30 min train ride in to Central London. On site there is a decent carpark and a Brewer's Fayre Restaurant open all day. Whilst the rooms, which have air conn and a TV, are probably the same as every as every other Premier Inn, this one really stands out for us due to the cleanliness and the excellent team of staff who go out of the way to make it a pleasant stay both in the hotel and the restaurant - many thanks to the reception staff, the house-manager, and the bar and restaurant staff for making this the best Premier Inn that we have stayed at. We are holidaying again in 6 weeks time and can't wait to return to this Premier Inn once again.
Great hotel with amazing helpful staff. Needed some extra help and the young lady really went out of her way to help. Definitely recommend.
It was a surprise to find how quiet this place is, so close to the airport. I stayed here two nights with my daughter. We were able to walk to the station easily to travel into London each day. Then it was a 15 minute drive to Gatwick airport for my daughter's flight. I would happily stay here again before travelling or just to enjoy some time in London.
