As far a Premier Inns go, this is quite a good one. Only thing I found was a fairly lengthy wait in the restaurant between courses. Other than that, spot on
Hotel service is good enough. Staffs are friendly. They also have quite stable free wifi facilities.
5 stars is for like against like, not compared to Hilton. For Premier, where I stay a lot, this one stands out for top staff and service. Nice one.
The Premier Inn was just like many i have stayed in and will stay in again. This stay was spoilt by the fire alarm constantly going off. The night manager did not have very much empathy with kids and adults alike standing out in the rain in night wear. The day Management were much better and apologies were given. Even though the phone number we were given to complain did not work but the website and Twitter worked.
Check in wasn't brilliant - much better at a Travelodge. Choosing drink as part of the meal deal is like a quiz. Food was very nice and the service on Saturday was good - quite unprofessional on Sunday though. In the room the bathroom fan is ridiculously loud and high pitched but fortunately goes immediately the light is turned off. Bed comfortable and room is quiet.
