Fancy hotel, close to Gatwick Airport. Our fridge how'ever, was not working (the fridge in our room). General service could also be improved, such as cleaning and reception. Breakfast was excellent and included both hot & cold options. The hotel standard is Normal++. Worth both my time and money.

Enjoyed a comfortable night here recently, and was impressed by the quality of the food, the room was also very comfortable and clean, but the reason I felt I had to comment on the service I received from a gentleman named Robert, who dealt with a problem that I had regarding the booking of my room. He went above and aboard to help me, he was one of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever had the pleasure to deal with, and I really hope that his boss reads this and give him the recognition he deserves. Give the man a pay rise because he earned the fifth star.

Disappointed on arriving we were told we did not have a booking even though we could quote a booking ref number instead of the receptionist trying to put us at ease she adopted an attitude and continued to GRILL US over our booking we were attending a function their and our booking was part of 3 bookings the other two had no problems. In the end I said do you have spare rooms she replied yes I said no problems then just book us in to one of them! But no that would have been to easy we must have spent 20 minutes trying to book in. I must say the receptionist was the only English person we encountered and had attitude problems! The evening went of very well and without exception the staff were brilliant and at breakfast. The room was very comfy and well equipped but the lighting was terrible and most women in our party complained about trying to do make-up. Hence 3 stars!!

Very comfortable and clean double room. 2 single beds pushed together. Great Christmas party organised by hotel. Disco til.1am all the usual Christmas treats. Breakfast included in price of room. Full English and lots of extras.

Nice enough hotel, convenient for airport.Undergoing renovation so only one elevator working. Pleasant surrounds. Good service in the bar, nice staff. Would give it a try.Rooms small but well appointed. Two single beds tied together will never be a double. Not sure if this is a plaza policy but it's 2018... not 19 canteen.Little bit of work by Mr Butt would bring this to 4* easy
