Small pool, separate sauna and steam room for women and men which is great, usually quiet
Amazing staff, excellent pool, hot tub and saunas with clean wash rooms.Very less crowd compared to other gyms.The equipment is very good but a bit old. Excellent option for people who are interested in a no contact option for 26 a month.See it to believe it.
Not Impressed. The light in the sauna didn't work when we were there, it wasn't particularly clean. Very basic. Not impressed with the staff, a bit rude. They also have a small lake/pond running along outside. It's dirty, if you are going to keep fish, you should at least look after them. There are leaves in there and it looks a mess, let alone the consequences to the fish. They also have a koi in there which I have actually called them about. It is in poor condition and I simply explained that with nowhere deep to be able to get to in the cold winter, there is a good chance it will die. I was very polite in trying to explain this, however the man, whoever he was put the phone down because he didn't want to hear it. If you can't politely explain something like that, their customer service needs a serious overhaul.
Small but really good gym, staff all really helpful
Used to go to this gym, recently moved back to the area the female staff are amazing 100% make you feel comfortable. The male staff I found very rude unprofessional and spoke down to you. I am now a member of oriel high school gym glad I made the change. There is also a charge for parking in their car park if you do not enter your cars reg every time you go to this gym.
