I love this place. My wife thinks that I'm training while I enjoy pooping in the womens toilet. By the way, toilets are deeply cleaned, love them. Helpful staff always delivers toilet paper to me. Wet tissues are also avaible at reception. The best place to have a poop for only 19.99 per month.
Staff very friendly, only thing is lack of parking spaces on busy days but Very good gym overall.
Great gym top class staff and fantastic vibe
Very disappointed, I was there to enquire a few weeks ago, at first I was happy as one of the employees was so prompt and very helpful. I was even oferred a one day trial for free for me and my partner. We came the next day, spending 20 minutes ringing the bell and no one showing up to let us in. So we went to the competition, the Gym Crawley. Other things to mention: the music very loud, you have to shout in order to be heard, I don't think the air conditioning is efficient, as the door was left open because it was hot inside, the place is not very big, I don't know how it works when it's crowded.
Good range of equipment but it's a fairly small gym so there's some equipment still missing. Good price too if you want just the gym and you can go during the day when it's fairly quiet and most people are at work.The reason for my score is that the weight room is difficult to use as it's small and always busy (especially before work and after work hours) so you have to wait around for a long time to get onto the equipment, if at all. I know this is usually the case, as I've experienced with other gyms, but this has been the worst so far.My other reason is that I didn't enjoy the classes, which are usually my go-to. I gave them all a go but they don't have that buzz and excitement you usually get from them. I was a member of K2 previous to this gym and I hoped they'd be similar. Some instructors followed the routines off a laptop so I felt like I could have just done it at home and I felt myself getting bored very quickly with the ones that took place in the gym. The studio upstairs is also very small so during classes you can't move about in fear of kicking someone in the face! They're also a bit all over the place in that you don't follow the instructor but you do your own thing, which can be confusing when everyone is going in different directions.Good standard gym if you can go 10am-4pm but if you're restricted to after work I'd choose somewhere else. The same for classes.I've also just removed a star as I've just had a nasty letter from Harlands Group requesting I pay money and administration charges for cancelling my membership. Despite getting told when I joined I can cancel my membership at anytime.
