I've been going for over a year now - I've gone from lazy and overweight ( and only getting bigger ) - I have now lost 17 Kg, am eating better and drinking less. Have taken up running, 5k, 10k, half marathons and am even training to run a marathon. I have also made some amazing likeminded friends - I would definitely recommend this to anyone and every one
I have been attending 2-3 classes a week for about 3 months now. I am now able to pass my work based fitness tests with ease when I was struggling before. Great atmosphere, great instructors and a great workout. Thanks OMF.
