Great old school gym with awesome selection of pre and post work out drinks
The gym is very old school ,it would be nice if some of the equipment was improved and updated .. but it has great atmosphere ...to all that work and train there,and to all new comers ....train hard ..and enjoy
Old school gym the kind u go into and get rust on your hands. Very good gym
For me great place if u like a spit and sawdust gym, cold in winter so work out harder. Knowledgable guys, protein available. Excellent equipment for weights. Cardio, who needs it if u reduce rest time between sets.
