The coaches are fun and so patient and incredibly dedicated. Always happy to explain or demonstrate a move.My son attends the 9-13 years class and is enjoying it so much he goes twice a week.Each young person is treated as an individual and spoken to with respect and humour. Challenges are set to encourage thinking and concentration as well as physical development.Failure is celebrated with a smile, encouraging word and comradeship which encourages participants to keep trying to master a difficult move or try it in a different way.The gym is small but well thought out and adaptable.A fantastic place for young people/teens/young adults.
I LOVE THIS PLACE! Every calithenics, aerialist, free runner and fitness persons dream in one place. The staff are amazing too!
