First time appointment, dentist amar and receptionist were very friendly, my teeth are in quite bad shape so was very anxious about it,but both were so nice and understanding that put me at ease and really helped me calm down
Poor service unfriendly, cancellations regular due to no nurse ,sickness, no show , poor management to provide a service ! we all get sick and things do happen but don't you have a back up plan in place as it is a regular occurrence. Lets hope it changes or the place may as well close down as never have staff !
