VERY difficult to get through on the phone - constantly engaged and had to leave 5 messages to return my call. The phones do not appear to be answered after midday. Also hard to get an appointment. Just called to make an appointment - got through - but could not take my booking because the system was down. If it's not one thing it's another.
I'd not been to the dentist for nearly 40 years!!! Mainly because of apprehension. The obvious consequence of this long period of neglect resulted in major treatment. I can only commend the dentist in question because he was thorough, considerate and got the job completed. Yes there was some minor discomfort but nothing like what I envisaged!!! I will never be as nervous again!
VERY POOR UNDERSTANDING WITH MENTAL HEALTH PEOPLE AND SEEING WHAT TAKING TEETH OUT COULD DO TO A VULNERABLE PATIENT.
I've used this practice for years but . . I've just needed an extraction and partial denture (1 tooth). I suffer from an anxiety disorder and was VERY worried. I did my part with medication and music to lower anxiety levels. The dentist was FANTASTIC. The extraction was fast and the denture is just amazing. The only discomfort was the seconds it took to deliver the local anaesthetic first. I had lived for ages with a tooth falling out in slow motion now - just 36 hours after the extraction - I'm so glad the dentist suggested I did this. And this practice is great with my grandson too!
