Gave me the wrong time for an appointment so when I turned up at the time they said I was half hour late then they said they couldn't do anything for 2 weeks. Never use again

I have been a patient for over 10 years. Today I went in for an appointment I've had twice before where they had lost my records. The dentist was extremely rude and said he was going to do a temporary fix while charging me the permanent price and did not explain his reasons why. When I asked why he said he had no time so I should leave and come back next time!!! He did the temporary procedure after I begged him to do it!! Then afterwards said I had made him half an hour late and he would have to stay late after work! My appointment began at 9:05 and ended at 9:22 - including his 5 minute lecture on how I wasted his time! Absolutely no patient after care was explained - I was intimidated and have never felt so belittled in my life. So horrible and rude not professional at all.
