The best dentist in town! I would highly recommend. The receptionist Jekaterina is very friendly and helpful. Very happy with my choice. Everyone is so professional in there.
Poor experience. I was a regular customer there. The new reception is difficult to communicate with in English. She wasted my time and in the end asked me to do things I didnt usually do. The dentists and old receptions are good, but the new one is pretty bad!
I would highly recommend. I found the staff very professional and polite. Ina, who i believe is the principal dentist, is very welcoming and always has smart and educated advice. I have never been waiting long when i have been there. This is important to me as i go during a break from work or directly after work and always seem to be on a tight schedule. I will be returning and it's great to see a business that knows the value of good customer service. Well done all involved.
The receptionist was rude for me for being late literally 5 minutes on a snow day. He then refused to let take the appointment, claiming he has many clients waiting. That's after the day before he confirmed that the plenty of room to wiggle. The place was empty.The appointment was made through groupon, and the receptionist refused to refund payment stating he didn't have to.EWhen asked to speak to someone responsible, he claimed he was the manager who "owned all this".
Emergency appointment. Normally hate going to the dentist but made you feel really comfortable and did a great job. Best dentist i have been to.
