Reception staff very friendly. Both dentist and nurse were fantastic. Put my mind at ease. Very good experience.
Natalie the receptionist is always warm and welcoming, she makes you feel at ease before you go into see the dentist. Shirly is a great dental nurse and always has a smile for you. The dentist is always polite and has a good look at your teeth. What a great team . Only one thing I could say is it could do with being open late till about 8 one night a week .
Went in today for an emergency appointment and needed a filling, being very nervous and unsettled the receptionist settled me down and got me a glass of water. Felt at ease when I went back into the surgery all down to the girl at the desk. The dentist and nurse were so calming and patient with myself.
Very sad to see the negative review's about the reception staff on here. They have always been very kind and helpful, exceptionally good at fitting you in quickly for emergency appointments and very accommodating to the times that suit you when making your regular check ups and appointments. i have been a patient here for a few years now and recommend the practice all the time, the dentists i have seen have all been lovely and gentle and excellent with me when ive been nervous .The Nurses and Reception staff have always been very welcoming and full of helpful knowledge as well. it is very sad when i am sitting in reception and you can hear people on the phone shouting at the reception staff who are sitting there trying to be very helpful. it would seem that a lot of the patients that attend the practice dont like the new policy that the staff put into place and get angry when they are told they wont be seen there again because they keep missing their appointments or turning up very late and wasting the dentists time. i think the practice and staff are all fantastic and very good at putting nervous patients at ease.
