I am terribly frightened of the dentist with a phobia I've had for many years. The service here is excellent, from the office ladies who are always supportive, to the dentists. They don't make me feel stupid, like so many have before. They listened to me to find what *I* need in the way of when and how I can communicate and concentrate on silly things like paying. They are very good at somehow keep fitting me in as soon as I have a problem - I think they really know if it's bad enough for me to admit I need the dentist it needs to be asap.I've achieved so much through this dental practice since meeting Kelly in the hospital when I had a severe dental infection. I used to be sedated for everything but now I manage to not have this and, despite it being an awful experience every time, I believe here really does everything possible to make it as bearable as it can be for me. Highly recommended.

Clean, modern practice, friendly staff. Friendly and informative dentist. Really pleased with service despite me not being a fan of dental work. Easy to find. Good quiet location so no problems parking.
Very welcoming, friendly and inviting.In the reception they have the radio on the tv which put me (nervous of the dentist) at ease.The dentist himself was very calm and conducted an in-depth consultation.
Miss Patel is an excellent dentist. She took the time to explain every procedure she was doing. Miss Patel was very supportive, and thorough when explaining the process. She is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality. I would recommend Miss Patel to everyone. She is the best dentist I have ever had.
