placed an order with these guys, heard great things about them. spent the last of my money on food here which was accepted and taken out of my account, they proceeded to call me and cancel my order saying my money would be back within 5 working days!! told them i needed it back now, they said theyd do and instant transfer which they have not, tried to call them back and they just hung up. absolutely horrible service wont be ordering again.
After 7 yeasts ordering from these guys and recommend loads of friends. I have had enough. Not only the food dropped its quality but also the service went from bad to worse. 2 hours waiting for food and all you get is excuses that the driver came to the address when youve chased 5 times after 1hour waiting. If you cannot come with the volume. Please be honest to your customers and let themknow that you too busy. You could have kept today. I hope some improvements are in order to remaining customers you have otherwise they will be here writing the same or worst reviews.
This takeaway used to be very good, it had friendly service and seemed to take pride in the food it delivered... its taken a huge nose dive lately and the food is now, hat I can only describe as, disgusting! I can only assume its been taken over by new management. Avoid like the plague! Have a tin of dog food instead... youll enjoy it more!
