I would give a minus rating if possible. My cookies were black. And I mean black. Rang for fresh ones and came even worse!!!! Rang again and got repeatedly told that's the way they come.... Burnt. Im waiting for my 3rd box. Whoever is on duty playing 'manager' today needs some customer service training. I always read reviews like this one I am writing, and think to myself it can't be true. But no. It's true. Dominos really are USELESS.
Pizzas are usually nice from here but the delivery service can often mean a cold pizza. I complained the last time we ordered because the pizza arrived stone cold. The manager is rarely available and nobody else would deal with a refund so I called again the following morning and was told "I should have complained earlier" Attitudes are unhelpful or just plain rude. Needless to say, I no longer use this restaurant.
BAD BAD BAD!!!Tried to phone 20mins they dont pick up thr phone. Finally got through.When i got there they didnt have order ready. Bad service and dont really care if they serve you or not. Minus rating if i could
If I could give minusThe + It was quick The driver was polite The app was good The - The food was terrible Cold Has made the family ill on Xmas day!We found a hair on the pizza Can see why it's called the big night in deal should be called the stay in for three days ill deal. I recommend you don't use this store if you want to stay well
