Do not order. Cannot get order correct even though ordered online! Happened both times Ive ordered from them. Requested a refund and told the driver would drop it off but didn't.
Maybe the best Indian Take away in Crawley. Huge portions, great taste and amazing flavours. Have been using them for years and I have never been disappointed. Order from them and you will be hooked.
No Stars No foodNo customer service Terrible place waited 2 hours for our order. Contacted them multiple times. Given lies as to where the food had been. Would have been okay if they admitted they were running late. Was told that the manager would call us and he didn't. We called him. The manager was rude and didn't care at all if we remained customers. His first suggestion was shall we cancel your order? The food isn't worth the hassle will not be ordering from here again. They ignored my phone call. I called on another phone and they answered straight away willing to take another order when they couldn't fulfill the one they already had. NEVER USING AGAIN
After a long bad day my wife and I decided to cheer ourselves up with a takeaway. That's when our real issues started. Ordered two large kebabs with a side of rice. The kebabs were pitiful only gods knows what their small kebab is like, I'd guess they would have a struggle finding a container small enough given they seemed to struggle with the large containers. The rice did not turn up at all. After phoning and complaining we were assured the rice would be sent out immediately. Half an hour later and nothing. Another phone call and we ate told that it will be sent out immediately again and they had no record of the last complaint but assured us that it would be sent out immediately. Half hour later again and still no rice. Yet another call this time asking for a refund as the kebabs have now been eaten cold. We were told that they could not make a refund and had no comprehension that items of the same order arriving over an hour apart was not acceptable. The rice arrived as we were on the phone making the complaint.No refund, no apology, nothing. Don't bother with this place you are wasting your time and money. A bad day made worse by uncaring, incompetent cowboys. The only good thing about this place was the polite drivers who obviously take a lot of abuse from this place's many unsatisfied customers.
The food was incredible, all arrived on time and nice and hot. Spoke to a member of staff on the phone before ordering regarding allergies and he was very polite and helpful. Delivery driver was also very friendly and polite. Will definitely be ordering again.
