I ordered food for delivery from this place there was no salad on donner & chips and no sauce on kids chips. Tried speaking to them but kept being passed to different people. He said he would deliver the salad. I said to the person the donner will be cold. He then passed the phone to a manager who said Ill deliver the salad instead of saying Ill deliver a new donner. Expects me to wait for salad & in the meantime donner will be cold. Im not ordering again rubbish customer service didnt resolve nothing !
Order very regularly from Al Naseeb. Excellent for a local takeaway. Their refurb in 2017 has made the menu a lot stronger with the addition good a lot more grilled foods. I feel like the curries have suffered a bit recently. Maybe as they focus on more kebab based stuff, but I still enjoy their food every time!
