Very professional bunch of people. I was not expecting anything due to the nature of the accident. I had tried through my insurance company but to no avail. Accident specialists did the job in a few months and I got enough to cover the repairs. Thank you Accident specialists, you saved me a few quid.

Not recommended at all.I have given my claim to crawley office off accident claims specialist. From the first day they said we do everything as its not your fault and for months I was chasing them with updates to my claim. I would get 100% off the claim which wasn't my fault. They fobbed me off everything saying that they are dealing with it. They solicitor contacted me regarding the witness I had and then they contacted the witness that witness provided all the information that they required decided which was in my favour. I tried to contact the claims specialist to get an update and I was told that I need to contact the solicitors as we don't have any information regarding your claim. The solicitor told me that the case is 80% in your favour and we go to court if 3rd party didn't Except the liability. Meanwhile my insurance company was dealing with the claims as they didn't want to pay out to 3rd party. My insurance company said this wasn't your fault and we will go to court. I had holidays booked and I got the court date why I I could not attend. While I was on holiday my insurance company paid out the 3rd party in full. However my insurance company said you can still have your claim without prejudice. Accident claims specialist solicitor said if they paid out with out prejudice we can still go to the court. After 2 years off trying and chasing my claim then i was told that the solicitor changed and new solicitor will deal with my case. The new solicitor told me that I need to get a written proof from my insurance company that they paid out without prejudice and I provided. After 3/4 months off hearing excuses and solicitor told me that we can't go proceed with your case as it doesn't stand anywhere. I was shocked to hear this from the solicitor and when I asked her y they didn't tell me that from the start instead of wasting my time and why all the drama and excuse they were making , they didn't have any answer and they were a going in round and circles .I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU GIVE YOUR CLAIM TO CRAWLEY ACCIDENT SPECIALIST
