Unprofessional and highly uncompassionate. Travelled 1 hour for appointment but refused for having to bring my baby along. Their appointment letter states that they cannot accommodate children as often as matter discussed are sensitive for them to listen but how is it relevant for a baby less than an year old. Only for people who can afford to arrange baby sitter everytime they choose to visit this solicitor.
