Assistant was unhelpful. Had an I can't be bothered attude. Apparently the shop can order customer items however these "don't always turn up". Was told to go online for any items I wanted. Asked for a specific ring size and rather than say sorry we don't have it brought the size smaller and said it'll probably fit. Shocking service. Disappointed
Quality cheap(ish) jewellery but not a massive choice. Staff were extremely polite (her name badge said Cat) and very patient and honest about their products and my wife trying on various rings. A great place to shop.
Can have some good deals but again always seem to have sales on as a way to get people in the shops. These sales arent real, they are just either increased in price first or they were never the price they were reduced from in the first place. Still that being said, you should still see what they have as there is always a chance of something good.
