Appalling service! Served by the manager. Bought watch as Christmas gift 10 days before Christmas. Needed four extra links ordering in, arrived yesterday (22/12) but was told they have no capacity to fit the links before Christmas. So rude and unhelpful, basically told me I'd have to do it myself and were quite happy to refund me if not. It takes 1/2 hour to fit them, spent more time arguing about it! Made it clear at the time of buying to was a Christmas gift! Will NEVER buy here again!
