It is easier to die than to receive professional assistance if you are unwell and need help. Reception staff (Mandy specifically) are so unwilling to help.
This is possibly the worst doctors surgery I have ever had the misfortune of coming into contact with!My mum has been suffering for months and after being sent home over and over again she was told by another doctor in the lracprac to see the specialist doctor in the same practice urgently to be laughed at by the receptionist who said that this doctor is not in for a month!!!! Its not just hearsay, Imy mum made the call on loud speaker and both myself and my other sister heard the entire cpnveconvers! The receptionists are a disgrace! The doctors can't be bothered and there is no care provided at all here. My mum is now having to save to get a private doctors appointment and has been left in total pain. I am taking this further, avoid this surgery unless you want to be left in pain and misdiagnosed.
I spoke to receptionist Jan and as soon as heard my accent her tone of voice completely changed and she became rude, aggressive and hostile. I even had to pull her up on this. Maybe staff should review the practice equality and diversity policy because its very apparent in the level of customer service to people of colour. Medicine has no place for this kind of nonsense.
