I went for an emergency situation and it was one of the worst and scaries situation in my entire life. The doctor a bully and the nurses as well, horrible it was horrible.
Simply nothing urgent about this place at all.
Crawley (half of a) hospital thanks to Laura Moffatt and the labour party deciding a town with over 100,000 residents doesn't deserve it's own hospital. Henry Smith isn't much better since he has been in post for 8 years and still no sign of core services such as A&E and Maternity returning anytime soon. Lastly, why do they have Jumbo Ward on the 5th floor? What if there was a fire in the building, how will you get the children out of the building quickly and safely?
Dreatfull .. I wont be usinig again. We areived around 12 and waited good 4h . Is not a system in place at all some of the persones came long after us being seen before us. They dont care whos coming in 1st . They need to train properly their staff .Waiting area small !!!
The care from all staff in the Special Care Dentists is fantastic.I am always put at ease, listened to and receive a first rate service. If only all dentists (and their staff) were like this.
