Disgrace of a company!!! cancelled my order and still have not refunded me my money like they promised over 1077.00 i never have dealt with such liars and scam artists. Would have done zero stars if it let me but had to write something as i do not want people to end up like me who is now down over 1000
Be warned. These people are a fraud. Don't fall for fake reviews. You won't get a sofa for months on end and when you do it will be damaged. Stick to a reputable retailer please!
DON'T EVEN BOTHER !!!!!!!brought my sofa early November paid in full with a guarantee that it would be before Xmas but waited until the week before Xmas still had no phone call about a delivery date when I rang up to query it the woman on the phone told me that if I want it before Xmas I can buy a different sofa ?! And now been told that the worst case scenario is that it will be early February which is f***ing ridiculous what a joke of a company
Tried to chase up an order but was told to call head office and given a leaflet. As everyone knows calling head office is a nightmare which I said so was told to send a message on WhatsApp? They couldn't even call head office themselves. Not impressed with this company. No wonder I was the only person in there over 20 mins.
Avoid this company at all costs.they promised delivery in 10 to 14 days and happily took our money.after 10 weeks and 2 days wages lost we had no option but to visit their store in Crawley where we were fobbed off again.they don't answer e mails. They put you on hold and then cut you off.Absolute shower of s#!t.dont go anywhere near them or their pop up stores.avoid avoid avoid
