Ordered two Riviera beds that took 2 weeks longer than promised to be delivered. Quality of the beds and mattresses are poor - I had assembled one and decided I wanted to return the other completely unopened.The return was originally refused and the guy refused to work it out as he didn't want to work a couple of minutes past 6pm and told me to come back at 9am the next day. I work in London so that wasn't possible.In the end after a phone call a few days later I had to pay 25 to go to the effort of returning a bed to them that was unused and unopened. Very poor customer service.
