Great location but parking was full! Nice atmosphere and very comfortable seats. Have to say though the sweets and drinks are a ridiculous price!!! 3.30 for a bag of Minstrels. Come on, that's not necessary!!Suggest everyone take their own refreshments.
Very well maintained cinema, clearly had been done up quite recently. There are alot of ticket collection points which makes collection quick and ready. Only improvement I'd make would be a waiting area for people whose screen hasn't yet opened up.
This afternoon I attended a viewing of Mary Poppins at Cineworld Crawley with a family member. We had excellent seats & the film was shown with quality picture & sound. The young man at the till was sure to find us an aisle seat, in a place with no stairs, as asked.I am disabled & often need to leave the cinema screen several times during a sitting. He found us specific seats so I wouldnt have to compete with stairs in the dark or disturb any other cinema viewers in the process. He was so helpful & we were very grateful.Sadly, this was tainted but the disgusting state I found the disabled toilets in on the ground floor. It smelt so strongly of stale urine, so I asked a member of staff to have it cleaned & she obliged. I visited the same toilet after it was cleaned to find it still smelt very strongly & only one part of the floor had been cleaned & it was still sticky on foot round the toilet, other areas were still just as dirty as on my first visit.For a disabled toilet, thats criminal- baring in mind that many children & adults need to be changed on that floor & many of us need a clean surface to assist us in changing/various methods to help us toilet.
Great cinema with lots of big screens. Usually very tidy and the staff are pleasant. Unsurprisingly the food and drinks are overpriced but that's the same with all cinemas. They're not too fussed when you bring your own food/drink which isn't a bad thing.
Well run multiplex cinema. Usual issue about the cost of refreshments. The cinema has the latest sound and vision technologies including an IMAX screen. The management of this Cineworld is worthy of particular mention, they have managed to recruit a diverse, passionate team who completely dispel the industry norms.
