Why on a Saturday the busiest day they only have 2 people working awful place
Very poor services, staff even dose not know about envelopes size and gave the wrong size of envelopes, when asked to return they refuse it saying stamps can not be returned.I had to bear the extra envelopes cost for their fault..
Used to be great. You could pull up.and park for half hour. Pick up your parcel or post letter and leave You now have to pay for parking and given it can be busy with long queues inside you don't know how long that will be. Or you get card through door about missed post. PAY to park outside to find they haven't got it. I think it's very poor that you have to pay to park outside location to use their services, which can be quick and convenient or have a dozen people in the queue in front if you.

Fast lanes for sending stuff yourself is good. Although it seems they have got rid of alot of things they used to sell (like stationary) and now focus more on sending items, and selling the packing materials, or gift cards, birthday cards that sort of thing. Also had exchange for foreign money which is useful.
