My mum died in August and we asked Ballard & Shortall to organise the funeral. Clare, Paul and all of the staff at Ballard & Shortall could not do enough for us. What is the most difficult time was made so much easier with their help and compassion. Clare was always at the other end of the phone and I know worked well into the night to organise our mums order of service. We could not have done it without them. They thought of everything and were so lovely to deal with. Thank you very much and I highly recommend such lovely people to be around at such a tough time.
