I visited Zoe's florist to order flowers for a funeral. Having no idea what to do, or the information I required it was a blessing when the staff took the time to contact the undertakers for me and obtain all the details they required, leaving me to just have to choose the flowers I wanted. At a stressful time they made everything so much easier and the customer service was second to none. Thank you x

My husband has been buying flowers for me from Zoe's for years. Last week my flowers were not to the usual high standard and I contacted Zoe's to express my disappointment. I have to say that John has been completely professional and helpful in handling my concerns, and with no prompting by myself, they have just delivered a stunning display to my office by way of apology and thanks for bringing the matter to their attention. All companies get it wrong sometimes, it is the way in which they handle the situation that matters. In my opinion Zoe's got it spot on today, the flowers are stunning and rest assured my husband will continue to buy me flowers there!
So I phoned wanting to order 2 bouquets of rainbow roses and 50 button holes for a wedding, the guy on phone said it was 3 a stem and to come into shop to choose button holes. Just visited at 11am as booked by them and no one at counter, so I say hello and out pops a guy who was so unprofessional with his customer service and found it a chore to even help!!! He then tells me its 4.50 a stem for the rainbow rose and they will charge 45 for 6! Well confused so I said no on the phone a guy said different and so this very unhelpful man with an accent went with his calculator into the back room to work our cost - this couldve been done in front of me!!! I said dont worry, you clearly dont communicate with staff and so walked out. Such poor customer service, rip off florist, dont order from here guys, better off in town!!!
Brilliant service and a display that is of superior quality. We had a death in our family and wanted to give flowers in the shape of an owl. We took away a huge 3D owl made from white gerberas , with feathers as wings, on a mossy log with ivy clinging to it. At the funeral, everyone commented on it. Extremely thrilled with the end result and the customer service.
