Lovely store, helpful staff, they even sell clothes at this location. Prices are fair and variety is infinite. I went for my favorite goodies only sold there.
Did click and collect Christmas order. Loved the set up for collecting. Really well thought out, quick, hassle free and very polite and helpful staff.
I love this store! Customer service is second to none. Restaurant is clean and food is good.
Am disabled. Got to the top floor only to be told there was a fault and only tea or filter coffee could be made, neither of which my friend and I came to the cafe for. Could there not have been a sign downstairs!!! Used the disabled toilet, but no soap at all. No-one at the checkouts at all, so had to struggle through the self-service by myself. Not impressed today.
Very lovely styled winter clothing. Good food stocks. Sales on the chocolates and tinned biscuits. Both some, very delicious. Excellent quality. Very well recommended.
