waited for ages and when my turn comes all i have is just a ringing tone and no one answer , how to find justice ?
Every number you call gives you details of another number to call and then you can't speak to anyone anyway to get any information.
No point of having an appointment as this doesn't matter you will been seen hours after the time you were supposed to be. Staff downstairs ( surcerity staff) were friendly and helpful and the only ones that actually communicated with you.
Useless.Called at 10am . It's 1.30 pm and still waiting. Nonsense7 other people also called at 10am and still waiting. What a joke
